• We believe there should be independent oversight Bodies for Policing

• Pathway approach to Rehabilitation: Disciplinary action, therapeutic intervention, education/training, employment, reentry- based readiness assessment tools

• Community-led Safety Initiatives- Investment in neighborhood -level prevention programs that work alongside law enforcement to address the root causes of crime before they escalate
